New Addin Auto Glass Repairing provides professional windshield repair services in Dhaka, Bangladesh, including:

Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty

All windshield repairs performed by New Addin Auto Glass Repairing come with a lifetime warranty against defect in workmanship. If the repaired area spreads or fails, we will re-repair it at no additional cost.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the specific repair area only. It does not cover new damage, damage from accidents, or intentional damage to the windshield.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void if another party attempts to repair or alter our work, or if the damage is caused by misuse, neglect, or external forces beyond our control.

Pricing & Payment

Service Pricing

All prices are quoted in Bangladesh Taka (৳). Pricing is determined based on the type and extent of damage. We provide free assessments and transparent quotes before any work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, mobile payments (bKash, Nagad), and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy

If a repair cannot be completed successfully, you will not be charged. Once a repair is completed and accepted, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Limitations & Disclaimers

Repair Visibility: While we aim for the best possible cosmetic result, windshield repairs may remain visible after completion. The primary goal is structural integrity.
Repair Limitations: Not all damage can be repaired. Some cracks may require windshield replacement. We will provide honest assessments before proceeding.
Liability Limitation: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage discovered during repair, or issues arising from delayed repairs.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
